    First Session

    Introductions

    How to make an entrance and work the room

    Who you can approach and who you shouldn’t

    Eye contact and handshake

    The order of precedence in an introduction

    How to start a conversation and keep it going

    Disengaging from a conversation

    Appetizers will be served

    How to hold your appetizer plate/drink

    Gentlemen in the role of lead.  

    Second Session

    Communication Skills

    Listening as critical part of holding a conversation

    Preparing for the event

    We cover 45 different pieces of silverware and the china/crystal that accompanies them
