Thank you for your interest in Addington Cotillion. By registering, families agree to the following policies:
Eligibility
Students must be current members of one of the clubs hosting the cotillion program or be sponsored by a member in good standing.
Payment
Payment must be received no later than the first session of the cotillion season. Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests made after the first session of the cotillion season will not be approved. Refunds will not be issued after that time.
Attendance
Attendance at each session is strongly encouraged so students may fully benefit from the program. If a student is unable to attend, please notify Selby Gillett at [email protected].
Behavior Expectations
Addington Cotillion is committed to providing a respectful, positive, and welcoming environment. Students are expected to behave courteously, respect instructors and fellow students, and participate appropriately.
Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from a session or removal from the program without refund, at the discretion of program organizers.
Photo Release
Photographs or video recordings may occasionally be taken during cotillion sessions or related events for promotional, educational, or program-related purposes, including use on the program website, social media, and printed materials.
By registering, parents or guardians grant permission for the participant’s image or likeness to be used for these purposes unless written notice is provided in advance to Selby Gillett at [email protected].
